Biography: FREDA KEMP is a long-time student of the Ageless Wisdom having studied with the Centre of Esoteric Studies, the University of the Seven Rays and the Academy of Synthesis. Ms. Kemp has taught spirituality and led full-moon, equinox and solstice meditations for over 25 years. She is the founder of the Universal Light Centre and the Open Heart School in Toronto and acts as a spiritual mentor for many seekers on the path.

Title: The Science and Practice of an Expedition

Co-Presenter: Daniel Lumanauw

An informative presentation on the science of conducting a spiritual expedition whether to a sacred place or to your own City. Freda and Daniel will discuss the planning and preparation for an expedition, how it can expand our own consciousness and that of the place we are visiting. We will demonstrate how to work with the local deva or angel using some of the work of Dorothy Maclean of Findhorn and the Academy of Synthesis. In the presentation we will share how to connect with the local elders and spiritual teachers. We will also share the results of our most recent expeditions in Toronto and Indonesia. This talk will demonstrate practical spirituality in action and how we can all work to expand human consciousness right where we are and during our travels.
