Biography: EVA SMITH has been teaching and empowering students since the late 1980’s. Eva brings clarity, understanding and the ability to make the Teachings practical. Psychology and astrology are the emphasis. Teaching in the U.S. and Canada for over 25 years has given Eva an ability to relate and connect with her students. Eva radiates warmth, friendliness and excitement. Eva holds a Ph.D.E. in Advanced Esoteric Sciences from the USR, an alternative university in the USA. She was a cofounder of the Centre for Esoteric Studies in Toronto which operated from 1988 to 2006. Presently, Eva continues to teach on line for the university (USR), which is a global university with students from all over the world.

*** On a more personal note, Eva is a mother and grandmother, and continues working on a part time basis. Her hobbies include skiing and cycling. Good health and well-being are constantly in the forefront of her consciousness. She continues to meditate daily and has a very positive outlook on life.

In esoteric teaching, glamour is the great deceiver — the distortion that makes illusion feel like truth, that clothes desire in the garments of spiritual aspiration.

This presentation explores the nature of the astral plane, how glamour operates in individual and collective life, and the practical tools — discrimination, the illumined mind, group work — by which it is dissolved. Essential for any serious student of the inner life.
