What the prophesies say?
All branches of esoteric teaching mention The Coming One as the Lord Maitreya (the direct successor of Lord Buddha), Imam Mahdi, The Khalki Avatar, The Christ – Whom Whole World Waits! Humanity has waited for this Divine Messenger for ages and if we are truthful, we, too have a great yearning for the Great Teacher, the Leader of the Race, the One who Knows and Has Authority to wield the Will of God and the next step for humanity!

Around Him—in that High Place on Earth where He has His abiding place—are gathered today all His great Disciples, the Masters of the Wisdom, and all Those liberated Sons of God Who, down the ages, have passed from darkness to Light, from the unreal to the Real, and from death to Immortality; They stand ready to carry out His bidding and to obey the Master of all the Masters and the Teacher alike of Angels and of men. The Exponents and the Representatives of all the world faiths are there waiting—under His guidance—to reveal to all those who today struggle in the maelstrom of world affairs, and who seek to solve the world crisis, that they are not alone. God Transcendent is working through the Christ and the Spiritual Hierarchy to bring relief; God Immanent in all men is standing on the verge of certain stupendous Recognitions.

What is the demand?
What do we need to understand about our part in the demand? These questions are for us – for esoteric groups and ceremonial workers – moments of pondering our responsibility in the bigger picture. What to do – how to do it – when is the right time?  Modern disciples are facing completely new challenges – challenges of ability to synthesize the given Teaching.

Tibetan reveals in the Reappearance of the Christ p. 45

For the first time in human history, the demand of the people of the Earth is so potent and so in line with divine direction in time and space that the end is inevitably sure; the looked-for spiritual Representative must come forth, and this time He will not come alone but will be accompanied by Those Whose lives and words will evoke recognition in every department of human thinking.

We are in the stage – after the Era of Forerunner – of making real conscious contact with Planetary Leading Minds. Master Djwhal Khul tells us that this contact has to be realized by every individual disciple and then create their own method to open that “Door” to the teacher in the world of souls.

We will be increasingly under the Fourth Ray of the way to Harmony via Conflicts, Arguments and Fear of War. It will not be an easy or quiet era before us! It is asking all magical workers to align together and to learn how these counterforces, who must come, will be kept behind the Door!

Why is it that the present time is so special and so unique? Why it is said; there is no hurry, but there is no time to lose? It is because now we are in a place where we need to show what we have learned, to use everything in practical ways, and to build everything for His Coming …and to wait!

Externalization of the Hierarchy p. 594

The great moment for which He has so patiently waited has almost arrived; the “end of the age” to which He referred when speaking to His small group of disciples—”Lo! I am with you all the days even unto the end of the age”—has come and today He stands and waits, knowing that the hour has come when He will “see of the travail of His soul and be satisfied.” May I repeat: Right through the spiritual succession of the Sons of God there is naught to be seen and felt but expectancy and preparation.

From the Father’s House (the Shamballa of the esotericist) the fiat has gone forth: “The hour has come.” From the kingdom of God where reigns the Christ, the answer has been flung back: “Father, Thy will be done”; down in our struggling, bewildered, unhappy world of men, the cry is ceaselessly rising: “May Christ return to Earth.” Thus in the three great spiritual centres—the Father’s House, the Kingdom of God, and awakening Humanity—there is but one Purpose, one idea and one united expectancy….

We have just passed the Great Centennial Event and turned towards new territory, which is the time that has been expected even by the Hierarchy for centuries. The group is standing now before the Door to be tested.

Externalization of the Hierarchy p. 594-595

I write here in no fanatical or adventist spirit; I speak not as a speculative theologian or an exponent of one phase of religious wishful thinking. I speak because the time is ripe and because the appeal of simple faithful hearts has penetrated to the highest spiritual sphere and set in motion energies and forces which cannot now be stopped; I speak because the invocative cry of distressed humanity is today of such a volume and sound that—united to the wisdom and the knowledge of the spiritual Hierarchy—it has given rise to certain activities in the Father’s House. These will result in the glory of God, in the transformation of the divine will-to-good into human goodwill and resultant peace on Earth.

 A new chapter in the great book of spiritual living is about to be written; a new expansion of consciousness is an imminent happening; a fresh recognition of divine attentiveness is now possible to humanity, and a revealing expectancy will prove the accuracy of the Biblical statement, “every eye shall see Him.” The religious livingness or spiritual history of mankind can be summarised for us by a series of recognitions—recognition of Those Who, down the ages, have constituted the Apostolic Succession, culminating for us in the great religious leaders who have come out among us since 700 B.C. and founded the great modern world faiths, and—above all else—in the Christ Himself Who embo died the perfection of God Immanent, plus awareness of God Transcendent; recognition of those major spiritual concepts of love, life and relationship which have hovered ever in the background of man’s thinking and which are now on the verge of right expression; recognition of the true brotherhood of man, based on the one divine life, working through the one soul and expressing itself through the one humanity; recognition, therefore, of relationship both to the divine life throughout the world and to mankind itself. It is this developing spiritual attitude which will lead to right human relations and eventual world peace.

Today another recognition is becoming possible. It is the recognition everywhere of the imminent return of Christ (if such a phrase can be true of One Who has never left us) and of the new spiritual opportunities which this event will make possible.

There is a lot to discus, to elaborate and to reveal in this moment of contradictions and confusion. The NGoWS needs to lead humanity towards the approach to Divinity and ceremonial workers need to find real methods of working.

ALTAR BUILDING
In every workshop we have built our individual altar, and in this workshop as well even though online. The altar is one of the main energetic centers to be found in the Temple. Real altars are magnetic points in the Temple and are to be held by the focused will of the creator. Upon the altars the creator will invoke the Guardians of the Altars – the inner Radiant Beings – Angels to stand in the Presence.

In that work of creating the inner reality of the altar one will always tune in on the purpose (of the conference):  Opening the Door: Igniting the Free Expression of the Life of God.

For the altar building: collect what you need; fabrics, ribbons, statue, picture of the Master, any other important pictures, symbols, chalice for blessed water, candles, stones, objects, etc. You may ponder on the theme: your special INVOCATION for the Altar. Please write it down to put on the Altar.

LOTUS MANDALA RITUAL
We will have this small ritual as we have had all these years. The Lotus Mandala Ritual will take place on Sunday. Have your white ritual clothing with a scarf of your soul colour. Of course, you can have any other ceremonial clothing if you do not have white.

PURIFICATION AT ONLINE CONFERENCE
We will again need your help during the Conference. Our small group has that happy and “heavy” dharma of purifying the Conference—its inner and outer space. We need committed people to do this work—those who are spiritually strong and understand the importance of rhythmic invocation. Because of our work in previous years, the Conference space has been recognized by all as inwardly sanctified. It has been a blessing that this group “descended upon Earth”!

On Letters of Occult Meditation 164

A mantram, when rightly sounded forth, creates a vacuum in matter, resembling a funnel. This funnel is formed betwixt the one who sounds it forth and the one who is reached by the sound. There is then formed a direct channel of communication. You will see therefore why it is that these forms are so carefully guarded and the words and keys concealed. Their indiscriminate use would but result in disaster. A certain point in evolution has to be reached, and a similarity of vibration somewhat achieved, before the privilege is afforded the pupil of being custodian of a mantram whereby he may call his Master.

“What this third major Approach will bring to humanity we do not know and cannot know. It will bring about as definite results as did the two earlier Approaches. For some years now the spiritual Hierarchy has been drawing nearer to mankind, and this is responsible for the great concepts of freedom which are so close to the hearts of [people] everywhere today and for which humanity is now fighting. As the Members of the Hierarchy approach closer to us, the dream of brotherhood, of fellowship, of world cooperation and of a peace (based upon right human relations) becomes clearer in our minds.”  (EXT, 414)

That these centennial meetings take place is a testament to the reality and spiritual progress of Christ Himself and His Disciples—the Masters of Love-Wisdom—“the Church Invisible”—and Spiritual Hierarchy where “the Love of God is known.” Attuned to and working with Them subjectively are the “flowers of evolution and the tried representatives of God” serving in the many churches, mosques, synagogues, lodges, and lesser known—but equally sacred meeting places around the world, and—never to be forgotten—various lines, streams and departments of human living and expression. This great group of Knowers and formidable Lights are now poised for the next Approach, reception and application of redemptive energy from the sphere of the Father, Sanat Kumara.

What decisions will be made within the council meeting chamber, what reorganizing plans will be laid by the Great Ones, no one knows. What we do know, garnered from the Teachings, is the centennial meeting will place emphasis on major themes, as follows. The laying down of plans for “the externalization”—meaning, the outer public expression of the Masters of Love-Wisdom: “The Hierarchy is therefore, along all lines, preparing Itself for the experience of physical manifestation.” (EXT, 530). Further, “major attention” will be placed on the “evolution of consciousness in the three worlds”—human and all “three subhuman kingdoms” (animal, plant and mineral). Further, attention will be placed on the dissemination of a third dispensation of spiritual Teachings for the coming era. And—of major importance to The Christ and deepest spiritual interest of a vast number of awakened souls, plans will be laid for the Re-Appearance process of The Christ as world Teacher.

The latter is nowhere better expressed than by the Tibetan Master, Djwhal Khul:

“I would remind you that I write as one who believes in the great spiritual realities and who regards the unfolding spirit of man as the unshatterable evidence of the existence of “the One in Whom we live and move and have our being.” I speak as one who believes in and loves the Christ and who knows Him to be the Master of all the Masters and the Teacher alike of angels and of men. I am one who looks to the Christ as the supreme expression of divinity upon Earth and who knows the extent of His sacrificial work for humanity, the wonder of the revelation which He brought, the imminence of His return and of His coming Assumption of spiritual rule in the hearts of men everywhere.”  (EXT, 403)

To all Friends in the One Work, to all who likewise “believe in the great spiritual realities” described above, to all adherents, lovers and practitioners of the Ageless Love-Wisdom teachings, and to all builders of a new world —we invite you to “be with us!” As we meet, we create a meditative field—a chalice for impression and reception from on-high—as the spiritual Hierarchy pours Love and Light through all our forms and subtle planes of Earth.

Always, in these intentional conference gatherings, the energies invoked stimulate, educate, enlighten, uplift, and anchor the power of the One Soul directly into our lives. In conference, an opportunity for “God to draw nearer to his people” is made.
